ON APRIL 12 AND 13, PRAGUE WELCOMED THE WORLD’S LEADS IN THE REAL ESTATE FIELD TO THE INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE EXPO – INTER-REE – AN EVENT THAT UNITES INTERESTED IN PURCHASING INVESTMENT PROPERTY, INVESTORS, DEVELOPERS AND EXPERTS. THE FAIR OFFERED MORE THAN A HUNDRED PROJECTS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD. HE ADVISED WHAT TO LOOK OUT FOR WHEN PURCHASING OR MANAGING A FOREIGN PROPERTY. AND AS PART OF THE PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM, HE INTRODUCED IMPORTANT PLAYERS OF THE REAL ESTATE SCENE.
The first of its kind in Central Europe, it could even be called an event bringing together developers, real estate brokers, world experts and investors under one roof. “The International Real Estate Expo (abbreviated as Inter Ree) was a unique opportunity for anyone who is interested in the world of real estate, or who is considering the purchase of an investment property in the Czech Republic or abroad and would like to obtain more information, familiarize themselves with the related processes or verify their decisions. Visitors had the opportunity to explore more than a hundred projects from different parts of the world, learn about the most current trends in the real estate market, expand their knowledge in the area of investment strategies, and get the necessary inspiration.
A FORMAT THAT THE CZECH REPUBLIC HAS NOT EXPERIENCED
The two-day program included a number of inspiring lectures and panel discussions with leading Czech and foreign real estate market figures. The lectures covered, for example, how closely cryptocurrencies are linked to the real estate market, what the domestic and foreign real estate market will look like in the near future, what the main trends are and what to prepare for. Part of the lectures was devoted directly to the specifics of individual countries and markets, from Spain to Dubai to the Dominican Republic. Investment real estate funds were another big topic.
A WIDE OFFER OF PROJECTS FROM AROUND THE WORLD
Not completely known to the Czechs until recently, but highly sought after by global investors for a long time – Albania can boast of a rich history, beautiful landscape and warm hospitality. With its pristine beaches along the coasts of the Adriatic and Ionian seas and towering mountain ranges, it is not only a haven of natural beauty, but also presents itself with impressive and fast-growing development projects. Dritan Leka and his team from Albania’s largest real estate agency, Century 21 CPM, presented, among other things, Jali Bay, a new project located on one of the best beaches in the south of Albania, with more than a hundred apartments, twenty-five villas and a five-star hotel bordering the sea.
Lovers of mountain activities, summer or winter, appreciated the projects of Tatry Mountain Resorts, an important player in the field of development, tourism and entertainment, which was presented by Igor Mráz at the fair. Their new project, Galeria Thermal, is unique in Slovakia, as it offers apartments, each of which has a terrace with its own thermal pool. Not far from it, directly on the slope, there is also a second project, Hotel Central Jasná, which is to become the crown jewel of Jasná, the largest Slovak ski resort.
Those looking for the exotic and the sea will appreciate the projects of NorthernLAND, the number one developer in Northern Cyprus. Its representatives, Oldouz Assadzadeh Anarjani and Rezvan Mojarab, revealed not only the secrets of Grand Sapphire BLU, a luxury resort in Iskele Long Beach that offers one of the most beautiful coasts of the Mediterranean, but also many other impressive projects.
Among other things, the fair presented a comprehensive offer of real estate in Spain, represented by companies such as Platinum Canary, Novus Habitat, Coast Venture, SpainLife and Houses and Costalia Group.
There was also a wide range of real estate from the popular Croatia, Malta, Portugal and Italy, which were also discussed in panel discussions as part of the professional program. For lovers of true luxury, Caesars Resort Jumeirah was at the fair. A gem in the heart of Northern Cyprus is synonymous with modern elegance and tranquility. The company Moje nemovito u morje also presented itself at the fair, which specializes primarily in investment offers tailored to the customer.
Not everyone wants to own real estate directly, which is why representatives of real estate funds, such as Avant and its NEMOMAX real estate fund with the VIVA Vrchlabí project, which offers apartment buildings in the Krkonoše foothills, VIVA Lipno with apartments and chalets right next to the Lipno dam, and the Rezidence project, also appeared at the fair. Na Karmel – a residential complex of buildings in the historic center of Mladá Boleslav.
The goal of the fair was to ensure the best and widest possible access to information and expert know-how of leading investment experts from an international environment. Therefore, representatives of One Family Office from Havel & Partners together with the largest Austrian family office, Kronos Advisory, also spoke at the panel discussion.
